Anthias Director Diane Turner Elected on to Royal Society of Chemistry Analytical Division Council

Diane Turner with lab in backgroundAnthias founder and director Diane Turner has been elected to serve on the Royal Society of Chemistry Analytical Division Council.

The Analytical Division promotes and supports analytical chemistry through engagement with the scientific community, public outreach and cutting edge research in academia and industry. With a membership of over 10,000 scientists, the Division provides a forum for analytical chemists and scientists to exchange information and share ideas.

Diane said: “Having been a member of the Analytical Division for some time, it’s exciting to have more direct involvement by being elected on to the Division Council. I would like to thank all my colleagues in the analytical chemistry community who voted for me and I’m looking forward to the upcoming meetings and activities in working towards the Division’s strategic priorities.”
