Anthias trainers share knowledge at Pittcon Short Courses

Anthias Consulting's trainers taught four Short Courses at virtual Pittcon® 2021 in March.

Anthias' trainers Diane Turner, Richard Stokes and Giles Edwards delivered a combined four online training courses at this year’s virtual event.

The advanced level training covered method development as well as troubleshooting and maintenance for gas and liquid chromatography.

The courses were very well received, some of the feedback comments included:

"Very good organization and structure of the topics covered. Good flow. Presentation slides were clear. Covered all the aspects that can help optimize GC GC-MS methods. Very applicable to my work."

"I liked how it covered all the different components of starting developing a LCMS method."

"Very knowledgeable and provided good answers to questions. Great speaker - instructor was enthusiastic and was interesting to listen to. Really enjoyed the use of props for examples and to show/demonstrate different parts of the GC."

This year marked the third successive year of Anthias' trainers teaching Short Courses at Pittcon, with Diane Turner having delivered 4 sessions at Pittcon in Philadelphia in 2019 and Diane and Richard Stokes having both taught Short Courses at the conference in Chicago last year.

Anthias Director and Senior Consultant Dr Diane Turner said:

"Pittcon is such a significant event in the analytical conference calendar and it was great to be involved again this year. We regularly welcome attendees from the US and around the world onto our training courses. This event enables us to further share our knowledge and expertise and we were delighted to be part of this year's Short Course programme."
