Complete HPLC & LC-MS Course CPD-approved

Anthias Consulting are delighted to announce that their Complete HPLC & LC-MS course has been approved by the Royal Society of Chemistry for the purposes of Continuing Professional Development (CPD).

The course covers all the practical theory of liquid chromatography (HPLC) and its related techniques, including liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS). The training enables delegates to understand their instrument and how to troubleshoot and maintain it, along with strategies for method development.

The approval follows the successful delivery of the training course over the past few years at Anthias' UK training facility, with delegates travelling from Uganda, Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Poland as well as from across the UK to attend the course.

Assessment of the course involves peer review by Royal Society of Chemistry members who are experts in their field. The approval underlines the high quality of the training material along with the robust process for the continual appraisal and improvement of the course via delegates' feedback.

The course can be found on the Royal Society of Chemistry’s searchable database which provides access to high quality training for its members.

Each day of the course focuses on a particular area, stepping through each stage of analysis; from sample collection to reporting. The course provides detailed knowledge of the instrument components at each stage, for a thorough understanding of the system.

Through a combination of presentations, instrument parts and consumables to hold, case studies to work through and questions and answers sessions, delegates can think through and relate what they are learning and this knowledge can be utilised the instant they return to their lab.

The course runs twice a year in the Anthias scheduled training course calendar, providing an easy and affordable way to train. This course is available as online training on 11th – 15th May 2020. To find out more and register, see the Complete HPLC & LC-MS course page.

It is possible to attend all five days of the course at once or, learn about the techniques in the first 3 days on the Practical Essentials of HPLC & LC-MS, implement the knowledge gained and then, at a later date, join the more advanced 2-day HPLC & LC-MS Clinic course.

If an organisation has more than a few delegates who require the training, the course can be held onsite at their location for convenient and tailored to meet their exact needs.

The course can also be hosted as a scheduled course, with the host location receiving 2 free places to allocate at their discretion. Find out more about hosting an Anthias course.
